The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM), 2025

The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Union Insurance Company Limited was held at its head office in the city on Sunday. Chairman of the company Mohammed Hasmot Ali presided over the meeting, says a press release. The shareholders of the company approved a 10 per cent cash dividend. Mohammed Hasmot Ali was unanimously re-elected as Chairman and Md Belayet Hossain re-elected as Vice Chairman of the company. Md Azizur Rahman was re-elected as Chairman of the Executive Committee, Nuruddin Ahmed as Chairman of the Finance & Investment Committee, Jahangir Alam as Chairman of the Policyholder Protection & Compliance Committee, Mohammad Faiz as Chairman of the Audit committee, MUA Quader as Chairman of the NRC committee & Barrister Masfiqur Rahman as Chairman of the Risk Management committee. Shareholder's Director Mohammad Mosaddak Ali (Falu) was also present.
